There's a togetic right above it lol. I didnt even have to go back to camp. Cleared the area tried to catch the togetic went back to the corner and there it was twice in 2 mins
You can also get Togepi in Bathers Lagoon just past Aipom Hill in Cobalt Coastlands.
why didn't you mention that you can get it sooner in the game? not everyone is this far along. 🙄
Do you not have to go back to jubilfe to reset spawns, never seems to reset when I rest and only when i reset the area by leaving
