For the team lineup, tappers would be the best mega option due to the blocks disruption. Double TC would be more balanced whereas TC plus a high AP SE pokemon would be more aggressive. (P-Groudon, Necrozma, Victini, Mewtwo etc, just depends on your preference) Most importantly, RNG matters especially for a 3-pokemon competition.
