Yeah ever since this game came out I always thought it was broken it took me literally 3 fairy encounter power 2 sandwiches. Also I'm pretty sure flabebe can also spawn where the chansey xp grind exploit is next to one of the watchtowers next to the water
you literally upload the pokemon i need whenever i need it. this channel is so unbelievably useful

I found blue and orange flaebe without a meal power in the same spot u were talking bout u find petilil in the flower patches of the far west in of the west province area one
I found lots of flabebe with no meal powers in the same location that you would look for petilil in if that helps anyone
This video really helped a couple of days ago when i was finishing up my pokedex so just wanted to say thank you for that!
In other news, i think i may have found another somewhat consistent flabebe spawn spot just south of the icerend shrine past the windmill at the yellow flower bed next to the big rock (not the two smaller rocks). They keep spawning on me & annoying me while I'm shiny hunting charcadet there with a lvl 3 fire sandwich. I don't even understand how they can spawn there as no other fire pokemon spawns 😂
