I don’t even know what we get as part of the free global event now. The PoGo website is so confusing and I feel like Niantic has been pulling the rug out from under us

Zoe we need someone to speak for the community All the players you can speak to them doesn't mean that they're going to change their mind but it would be helpful somebody and the social media would be able to help all the players cuz we truly love the game but don't like that we had to spend a lot of money and take time off of work and for our children to be disappointed I hope that your game play on Sunday was really good and fun I'm more than sure they fix the glitches for Sunday Good luck on all your shiny hunt

Are we going to get another video of y'all calling Niantic out on their continual bullshit of consistently being woefully under prepared. It's like buying servers and hiring more programmers costs hundreds of millions of dollars and they can't be spared because the investors come first, so we have to take what we're given and shut up!!

it really sucks how bad the event was

I went Sunday and for me the spawn rate was very low even with an incense and lured everywhere. I went to this park for Jan comm day and a much higher spawn rate. Plus I barely caught any shiny’s. I’m not a shiny hunter, but I expected to catch many shiny’s.

I heard niantic was asking non ticket holders to not play at the park.. Kind of nuts to ask! BASICLY if you didn’t give us money leave this public area

Ticketed Saturday couldn’t get 2nd day. Had local folks go after Seattle experience was a blast for me. Felt so disappointed because some folks didn’t get to play until late into event. The quick resolution response for extended game play and extra passes was not helpful because we had set plans for the evening already. We bought raid lovers and egg enthusiasts tickets expecting to work in city during Sunday event hours just to find no 10 km drops but the 1/4 distance worked. We had fun but the expected experience was not met. To much money paid for travel, hotel etc to have such bad feelings afterwards. We still like the global interactions and the ideas Niantic comes up with for events and the game. Wish they would actually work. It could be great.

Extended time when players are frustrated, exhausted, hungry, maybe already had other evening plans, or just physically can’t keep going is not an appropriate “makeup” for the hours of unplayability. This was my first event in person since 2019 and it felt like 2016. Players spend hundreds to fly to, stay in, and Uber/Lyft (30 bucks between the park and most hotels!) around a very expensive city and had a crap experience. Niantic needs to do more to make this right.

Snorunt buddies! I did get to join the meet and greet line but I was hanging out by the tent when that Snorunt spawned on Saturday! Love events like this and seeing personalities and the real worlds collide!! 🎉❤🎉

i didn't have connection for about two hours in the game and it was always laggy in the eerie mists area. almost all of the charging cables at the designated areas didn't work and what was with the gift shop only selling that really plain shirt and nothing else?

Your day 1 shinys looked like mine. What a terrible day for shinys. Still had a great time despite the connectivity.

I got all the new shinies except cacnea and relicanth. I had a fantastic time at the in person hoenn tour

I had a glitch where we beat Groudon in one of my many raids, it kept counting down, left lobby and logged back in, it treated me as a remote raider at that point and gave me 10k xp instead of 15k and no primal energy. Contacted support and after numerous back and forths with non reading staff members they finally blatantly lied to me concerning it. Completely unethical on their end and it seems to be the mindset and atmosphere John Hanke wants.

I know you all had issues but it looked like you had so much fun! thank you for the video. I honestly do NOT know how you do it all. that is a lot of work. thank you.
